The Watchlands of Obraca

The Watchlands of Obraca are an autonomous zone under the control of the Western Alliance leadership. Many ages ago when it became clear that the Imperium was once again attempting to enact its territorial claims, Neperus decided to split off much of its land to create a buffer zone between itself and the Imperium. The Labor Conference of Neperus, with no interest in managing a military zone, gave control of the area over to the military entity that would one day become the army of the Western Alliance.

Now, the Watchlands sit as a border between the Dreadland and the rest of the west, keeping back whatever monstrosities dare to leave the foggy grey wall that stands at the foot of the Dreadland. With more and more military escalation from the Empress, many new legions of Warforged from the factories in Neperus and Bruaca arrive by rail everyday.
