Faiths of Draisomus
DM’s Note
Religion plays a crucial role in the lives of many in Draisomus. In a world ravaged by strife, war, and hardship, shared faith and community provides comfort to many. From the small shrines to found throughout Sufham to the massive cathedrals of Parstek in Ostela, the ways in which people celebrate their faith varies drastically.
Most people acknowledge the existence of the Sovereign Host and it’s dark shadow, the Dark Six, as the forces that shape everyday life. These religions and beliefs stretch far back to ancient kingdoms and have survived the test of time, though with changes to the mythos both naturally and for various political reasons. Other smaller religions also exist throughout the continent and are met with various levels of acceptance.
